De-Icing.

Coastline Snow knows the importance of safety to our clients and their customers. Ice is the single biggest safety threat over the course of the winter months. To combat this threat Coastline Snow attacks ice with innovative high performance ice melters.

Coastline Snow knows using a sand/salt in parking lots is no longer good enough. All of our clients parking lots are de-iced with “Ice B’ Gone Magic” (IGB). IGB is a high performance ice melter that is applied to standard bulk rock salt. IGB is 85% less corrosive, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. IGB will also melt in lower temperatures compared to other methods of de-ice treatment and work faster while lasting longer to ensure the safety on your customers. With IGB there is also added value in having no sand in your parking lot when the weather starts to clear which results in savings with having to pay for sand sweeping.

Coastline Snow knows walkways require different ice melting products. While we can use IGB, it is only reserved on walkways for the most extreme ice situations. Depending on how old your concrete is there is a couple of different solutions we use to ensure the best safety of your customers.

Snow Plowing.

Coastline Snow knows the importance of making sure all snow accumulation is cleared from walkways and parking areas in a timely manner. Coastline Snow uses modern equipment and technology to make sure snow is cleared in the most efficient timely way possible over the course of a snow storm.

Snow Removal.

Coastline Snow knows the importance of preserving parking for customer/tenants. We will remove all piled up snow from areas the client requests to have clear. We haul the snow to a designated location we have secured before the season making sure the job gets done without hassle.
